What is your shipping policy?

We offer USPS Priority Mail Shipping on all domestic orders and provide tracking information as soon as shipment is initiated. For international orders, we ship USPS Intl Mail and tracking numbers are provided but only track packages until they reach the US border. Also, please note that your country may charge taxes or customs fees that you will be responsible for upon receiving the package.

Due to the handmade nature of Weather & Story products, some items may take up to two weeks to ship.

 

Do you accept returns?

We are happy to offer returns up to 10 days after order delivery.* If you need to return or exchange an item, please reach out to hello@weatherandstory.com. Item(s) must be in brand new condition upon return. Once a return is received and the condition of the item is confirmed, funds will be released, minus the cost of return shipping, and may take up to 10 days to show up in your account.

Additionally, if you have a problem with your item, please reach out and let us know. Our goods are guaranteed for life and we are happy to repair any issues in the unlikely event they arise.

A note on leather products

With leather, being the beautiful, organic material that it is, comes the potential for slight variances in color and small character marks. Please be advised that when you purchase, you are acknowledging that you will receive a one of a kind item that may vary slightly from what is pictured.
